Review: Eti Tutku Mosaic Biscuits

Eti - Tutku - Chocolate Cream Mosaic Biscuits

From @vegantuckbox this month. Crunchy biscuits with a creamy chocolate filling. These biscuits are Turkish, and the ingredients seem to vary depending on where you are in the world - the US version has eggs and milk in. This pack is vegan, but you need to read the German or French ingredients if you want to see for yourself.

Eti - Tutku - Vegan Mosaic Biscuits

Mosaic biscuits are a first for us here, and by the look of them you expect them to have a cake texture. They're actually really crunchy, with a vanilla chocolate flavour.

Inside is a soft chocolate cream with the texture of chocolate spread. We're more used to hard fondant fillings in the UK, so this lick-able filling is a real surprise. The crunchy biscuit and soft chocolate cream work really well together.

The Good: Crunch and Cream in one biscuit
The Not-so-good: Be careful of ingredients if you buy these elsewhere!

Unfortunately there were no English language ingredients with this product (and the German was so small we couldn't photograph it!)
