News: Fry's vegan range now in Booths

Vegans in the Northwest welcome news of Booths supermarkets stocking the market-leading meat replacement brand. The range of Fry’s Family Foods products is available at half-price until May 20 as a special introductory promotion at Booths.

Lisa Drummy, director of Fry’s Distribution, announced a new partnership this month that will see her brand’s biggest selling lines stocked by Booths stores across the Northwest.

Lisa shared her excitement by stating, “I have been selling the Fry’s Family Foods brand all over the UK with my father for more than a decade and it is such a thrill to announce a partnership with a grocery group as respected and loved as Booths. Two family-owned and operated businesses coming together is a wonderful thing. We couldn’t be happier with this agreement.”

Gemma Addison, Frozen and Chilled Buyer at Booths, says, "We are delighted to be launching the Fry's range of vegan products into Booths stores. The Fry's brand share Booths passion for quality food produced with principles. The ethically sourced ingredients have limited impact on the environment and the products taste fantastic, too!"

Fry’s Family Food products can be found in the freezer of all 29 Booths stores. Products stocked by the supermarket chain include Meat Free Nuggets, Chicken-style Strips, Pepper Steak-style Pies and Sausage Rolls.
