Men's faux-leather lace up boots from the UK's hottest vegan shoe company. These are 'work boots' in the fashion sense rather than being safety footwear. Wills was launched to make vegan shoes more fashionable and more affordable, and at just 56 quid for a pair like this, they've probably succeeded!
The boots are made from a breathable synthetic leather that's tough and thick. They take some breaking in as a result, but after a week of use they should be comfortable. The boots are available in black or brown, and have a full insole.
The soles have a traditional profile and are not too pronounced, unlike on footwear from some other vegan shoe makers. The grip is good, but there is a little bit of slippyness on wet pavements.
These are a stylish, practical and well made pair of boots, and we can thoroughly recommend them. Our readership seems to be mostly female (judging by the Comments and Facebook likes...), so you'll be pleased to know that Wills is now doing the work boot in women's sizes too (at least if you're a 6 or 7).
