New vegan marshmallows with a strawberry flavour. Freedom Mallows are the machine-made light and fluffy vegetarian marshmallows from Manchester producers Freedom Confectionery. Previously only available in vanilla, the Strawberry flavour is arriving in UK shops round about now. We grabbed a bag to see if they're as good as the vanilla flavour.
These are the same medium sized mallows that we reviewed in their vanilla variety. Like a flattened tube, and about 3cm long. These strawberry ones are slightly pink of course. The flavour is sweet and delicious - kids will really love them.
This time we had a chance to test out the meltability of the Freedom Mallows. We skewered some and toasted them on an open flame. The crispy outside and pillow-soft inside is great, and the strawberry goes really aromatic - they're quite heavenly!
We've heard that Freedom Confectionery are also launching some mini mallows in catering packs for veggie cafes to use on hot chocolate and the like. We can't wait to try those too.

Looking so yummy I will definitely buy these and taste these Strawberry Marshmallows as I have never taste these in past and my friend told me that these are healthy and tasty too
