UPDATED: Finley Quaye live on stage this evening at VegFest Bristol. The headline act attracted a capacity crowd and queues to get in to the festival site reached across Millennium Square.
The amphitheatre at Waterfront Square filled to bursting for the evening performances.
The vegan extravaganza that is VegFest continued today at the Bristol harbourside, as did the blistering sunshine. The queues for the dairy-free ice cream and iced smoothies were evidence that the event had been blessed by the weather this year, with even more sunshine expected for the final day on Sunday.
With a packed programme there was always something going on in every corner of the site, from veggie sausage competitions, cookery shows, comedy hours, food sampling and even crazy golf. On top of that there were two music stages providing live entertainment, and even a kids tent with entertainers laid on. Not bad when entry to the festival is free this year.
We'll update this post with further photos throughout the evening, including the Finley Quaye headline act.
