Vegan Easter: Raw Choc Co's Vanoffe Dark Bar

A raw chocolate treat for your dairy-free Easter. We've reviewed the 'Vanoffe' bar before as part of our wider review of the goodies available from The Raw Chocolate Co, but the Dark version is now available in a new 44g bar. That's 15 chunks of caramel / vanilla / toffee chocolate goodness for your Easter pleasure:

Using coconut sugar as the sweetener along with naturally sweet lucuma, these Vanoffe bars are fantastic and are the company's best seller. The lucuma fruit has a caramel syrupy taste and this provides the toffee flavour as well as some of the vanilla, but an extra dose of vanilla is thrown in for good measure. This dark bar is less toffee flavoured than the 'milk' version, but has more of a caramel infused chocolate taste.

We're really very fond of this chocolate. It's carved a niche of it's own, even within the raw chocolate market, with a unique flavour combination of toffee and chocolate that we can't get enough of.
